A new chapter begins for the Wolves' Women's Team

The South Brisbane Wolves Volleyball Club is excited to announce the return of its Premier Women’s team for the first time since 2020! After a few years of rebuilding and focus on player development, the Wolves are making a triumphant return to the Premier Women’s division, and the team is ready to show what they’re made of.


This marks a significant milestone for the club, with the introduction of the women’s team set to bring fresh energy and excitement to the Wolves' ranks. With a solid foundation in place and an impressive roster of talented players, the Premier Women’s team is poised for a strong season and eager to compete at the highest level.


President Cameron Gore shared his excitement for this new chapter:

"The return of the Premier Women’s team is a huge moment for the Wolves. It’s been a long time coming, and we’re proud of the work the team has put in to get here. This is just the beginning, and we’re looking forward to seeing the incredible athletes on the court, representing the Wolves with pride and determination."


Captain Sharna Homer is equally enthusiastic about the season ahead:

"I’m thrilled to be leading this team back into the Premier division. We’ve got a great group of players who are all committed to doing their best and pushing each other to be better. I’m confident we’re going to make a real impact this season, and I’m excited to see how far we can go."


The players are motivated and ready to showcase their skills, representing the Wolves with pride and determination. Their commitment to teamwork and excellence reflects the club’s core values, and fans can expect an exciting season ahead.
